    CorridorWatch.org--- TO FILE FORMAL COMPLAINT AND COMMENTS TONIGHT, July 27, 2006

    CorridorWatch.org co-founder David Stall will attend and participate in the TTC-35 Tier One Draft Environmental Impact Study Public Hearing tonight (July 27, 2006) in Dallas, Texas.

    Mr Stall will speak on behalf of the more than 5,000 members of CorridorWatch.org. In addition to providing comments on the environmental issues Stall will lodge formal complaints about the actions of the Texas Transportation Commission and the Texas Department of Transportation concerning their violation of the National Environmental Policy Act.

    In addition to speaking, CorridorWatch.org will file its formal ten-page written Tier One TTC-35 DEIS comments that includes details in support of CorridorWatch.org complaints.

    David Stall has been a vocal critic of the Trans-Texas Corridor since its inception. Together with his wife Linda Stall they formed CorridorWatch.org and operate a very active website. The Stalls have traveled across Texas educating the public and elected officials about the TTC for more than two years.

    CorridorWatch.org is a not-for-profit organization with members who live in, or own property in, 186 Texas counties.

    The TxDOT TTC-35 Public Hearing will be held at the Grauwyler Community Center, 7780 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, Texas. The meeting begins at 5:00pm.

    Mr. Stall is scheduled to speak shortly after 7:00pm.

    Mr. Stall's oral statement will be available in print for the media following his presentation at the hearing.

    Copies of CorridorWatch.org's written comments and complaint will be available to the media following Mr. Stallís presentation at the hearing.

    David Stall and Linda Stall will be available for interview before and after the hearing. They will also be available for interview Friday morning (July 28) in Dallas and Saturday (July 29) in Houston.
